Returning or exchanging product is so easy! Follow the 5 simple steps below:
- Contact us by email at support@vaporvogue.com to begin a return. Type "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line. If your return request is approved, you may move on to the next step below.
- Download the form: Returns+Exchanges Form
- Print the form on a piece of paper and fill out your information.
- Insert the Returns+Exchanges form inside your return package.
- Purchase tracking number and drop off your return package at your local post office.
Check your email for updates. Vapor Vogue will process your return and email you when it's complete.

After ordering your new item, follow the steps above and we will credit your account for the exchanged item, including shipping paid on the new order (Standard shipping only), making sure to honor any discounts received on your original purchase! You may also have us process the entire exchange for you by writing in the desired item on our exchange form (above), however be aware product sells out fast and exact replacements are not always possible.
