If your purchase is not quite what you're looking for, you've got 14 days from when you received your order to have your item(s) sent back to us for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, all merchandise item(s) must be returned in its original, unused, undamaged, unworn, packaged & in resalable condition.

Please note that:

  • Exchanges, and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
  • Sale items and items purchased during promotion are not applicable for any returns/exchanges. All sales are final.
  • Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
  • If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item. 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

We apologize in advance that we do not offer exchange/refund under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind.
  • Size does not fit.
  • Incomplete or incorrect address given by customers.
  • Damage of item(s) due to own negligence.
  • Out of our return time frame. 
  • Lost/stolen shipments.

      

    — Refunds

    We’ll process your return within 3 working days of receiving your order. However, during busier periods it may take up to 7-10 working days. As soon as we've received and taken care of your return, we'll email you to confirm that your refund has been issued. Your refund will be credited to the payment method used to place the order within certain amount of days and will exclude the initial delivery cost.

    — Shipping

    All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will not be refunded for any shipping costs that they have paid in the initial order, including international orders unless it is our own mistake for sending you wrong item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

    All of your shipping items must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items. We do not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. Also, any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
