— How Do I Make A Return?
Returning / Exchanging your item is easy! Just follow the steps below and we will take care of the rest!
- Contact us by email at support@vaporvogue.com to begin a return. Type "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line.
- Download the form: Returns+Exchanges Form
- Print the form on a piece of paper and fill out your information.
- Insert the Returns+Exchanges form inside your return package.
- Purchase tracking number and drop off your return package at your local post office.
Check your emails for updates. Vapor Vogue will process your return and email you when it's complete.
NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
— What Is RMA?RMA is Return Merchandise Authorization. This is required when returning your item back to us. You will be given a number to fulfill in our Returns+Exchanges form for authorized return. Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
— Who's Responsible For Return Shipping Costs?
The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
— How Is A Refund Processed?
A refund is processed differently than a charge to your account and may take 7-10 working days or sometimes may take up to 10-25 working days to be posted by your bank after it is processed by our team.
How refunds can be received:
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment, except in the following circumstances:
- Debit/Credit Card refunds may only be credited to the original debit/credit card. It will appear in your account within 10-25 business days after it is processed by our team.
- For a refund to your PayPal account please mail your order to the Returns Center. We will credit back to your account within 48 hours after a refund confirmation email is sent.
— When I Will Be Refunded For A Return?
Usually within 10 business days but sometimes may take up to 10-25 business days to be posted by your bank after it is processed by our team.
— Do I Need To Pay The Shipping Costs For My New Exchanged Order?
No. You may request a custom discount code to apply on the checkout page. Please contact us here.
— What Is Your Return Time Frame?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days based on the date you received your product.
