— When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are typically processed after 24 hours an order has been placed. Your orders will be shipped within 7 business days. Tracking should be active in 5 business days.

All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.

If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we are aware.

— What If My Package Goes Missing?

Once order is shipped from our side, the liability of the package lies with the courier service and we are not responsible for any lost of package.

— I Only Received 1 Item, Where Is The Rest?
Orders for multiple items may ship from separate warehouses.

— How Many Shipping Methods You Provide?
We are mainly giving only one shipping method (Standard Shipping) that will take up to 10-15 business days for delivery or depends on your location.
